special K does it work?

does special K work if so what does it actually do?

I like Special K, but didn't lose weight eating it. it's low in calories and fat, so it's good. I started eating Cheerios because it has more fiber and have lost faster.

I would think that when eaten (one serving per meal is key) in place of other unhealthier foods, it would help. Exercise probably should be done too.
