i'm quite cable of pushing my self

Simple, buy one frozen dinner. When you have eaten it, use the tray for future dinners. You should only consume what it can hold. So, eat lots of veggies and fruits, lean meat and fish, no fried crap, very little carbs (no white bread, bagels, pasta sauces, fatty salad dressings), lots of water or green tea. Spcie up your meals with chilies. Absolutely no soda pop, junk food, processed food with trans fat or high salt content. Also, do exercises that work the major muscles, squats, skiing, etc. It can be done. I lost 40 pounds in four months and have kept the fat off for the past three years. YAY!

Walk for about an hour everyday around your neighbourhood preferably several hours before you go to bed. That simple and easy change in your lifestyle will cause your body to use up stored fat for fuel.

NO SODA, or candy....healthy snacks....cut back on amount you eat. Come up with a work out plan that works for you, something that won't bore you. here is what I do, Mon-chest/tri abs run, Tues-abs run sport activity, Wed-shoulder/bicep abs run, Thurs- abs run sport, Fri- Legs/back abs run. Sat- abs run. For me this mixes it up alot and once you build muscle the fat will burn off faster. Keep your body guessing, and have fun!!

eat a well balanced diet with proper portions, drink lots of water, and exercise at least 30 minutes every day.
