You need more calories in your diet, and specifically more carbs which is the bodies main source of energy when you are working out. Get more carbs and calories and you should be alright. You could also just be out of shape in which case you need to start slower.

You're just starting, if you want to last longer you gotta give it time. Nobody can just get up on a whim and train for three hours straight. Trust me you will get there, don't give up. Try mixing up your workout too, keep your body guessing. Also try to take it easy and get a good hour in. No need to rush all the way through it and only go 20 min, do some fairly challenging exercises, nothing insane, for the first 45 min, with breaks. then in the last 15min, push yourself. Good Luck.

this is a question that you are going have to figure out for yourself are you getting enough sleep, do you smoke, do you drink alot, do you use drugs, are you under alot of stress, are you doing your workout properly, example if you are in your 20s, 30s , 40s or in your 50s you can not be exercising like if you were in your teens as you get older your body changes, are you getting enough vitamins and minerals, are you eating the right foods if you are not getting the proper nutrition and not practing portion control your workouts are going to be meaningless, when was the last time you went to the doctor for a physical checkup before you start any workout you first have to see a doctor and get a physical checkup to see if you are well and fit before starting any excerise program.

you tire somewhat easily... perhaps if you eat your oatmeal and apple, and then bring a nice cold bottle of water, the water will refresh you enough to continue to push yourself. you could also bring someone along to motivate you. (have them up your workout: 20 min mon, 25 min tuesday, 20 min wednesday, 25 min thursday, 30 min friday, 20 min saturday, and no workout sunday) something like that would be good for you because (hopefully) you wouldn't be so overworked that you'd give up but you'd make progress in how long you can work out! :)

Try eating a banana instead of the apple they say bananas give you enough energy to last for a 90 minute work out.

Your muscles need protein. You are consuming only carbs for breakfast. Try adding some yogurt, milk or an egg. Make sure you eat enough calories to sustain your activity. Balance your carbs and protein. Eat two snacks a day of nuts (about 15) and low-fat cheese.

Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water also. If you are dehydrated, your body won't function as well as it should. Also, make sure that you're getting enough sleep the night before.

drink plenty of water. how long have you been working out? maybe you just need to build up stamina. maybe you're doing it too intensely. a slower pace might help you work out longer.
