I am looking for a small loan to relocate to GA after finding biological family there. We visited and got along great- now I can learn all I should know about my family. However the family does not have money- but they do need someone there to care for my aunt.

I would not recommend getting a loan or doing any business with someone you found thru Yahoo Answers without doing a lot of research on them.
Your best bet is to go to the banks directly and apply for the loan. If all of them turn you down and suddenly someone shows up online wanting to give you the loan, then beware. There is probably a reason why the banks would turn you down.

yes they can. Don't answer those.... go to a reputable lending company - if the deal sounds to good to be true - it isn't true.
