Jesus advocates child abuse?
It would seem so - a lot of his followers brainwash thier kids at extremely young ages with their cult beliefs. and that is the worst form of child abuse.
the book must be wrong. 2000 years later, and still, over 70% of the people on earth reject it. pretty bad track record for something, if it was actually inspired by a god.

Matthew 15 was taking about a lot more that just disobeying a parent. He refers specifically to an act in which a parent, not longer able to care for themself, would will their porperties and money to their adult children while still alive. The adults was then obligated to care for that parent. But the Pharisees had allow the adults to get around the rule by marking everything the received from their parent as a "gift to God". However, they were not obligated to give that gift while they were alive. Rather they left it in their will. In the meantime, they were free to use the money and property as they saw fit, but not have to care for their parent.
Sorry, but leaving your parent penniless to starve, while you party on their money, is wrong. Jesus condemnation of that action is correct.
Matthew 19:29 is adressed to a specific group of people (see verse 27) who had, for a season, left their family and other obligation to committ themselves to full time ministry with Jesus. If you read the gospels, you will find that he made four different journeys through Israel over a three year period. Most where 3-4 months in length. His disciples would join him for a time to make those journeys, and then return to their regular businesses and families the rest of the time. Jesus assures them that the sacrifice will be rewarded, in this life and the next.
How is that any different then people who regularly make business trips or mission trips today as part of their employment or to serve their church?
Mark 7:9 is a repeat of the first issue.
So none of those scriptures advocate child abuse.

In your first scripture it states along with the Ten Commandments to "Honor your Father and Mother". If you don't it is SIN. Sin brings Death. That is why it says in Matthew 15, "let him die the death." Therefore, if you chose to Sin you can. And you know the outcome. DEATH. Your Second scripture - Jesus in earlier verses of this chapter, was talking with a Rich Man. And Jesus told the Rich Man to sell all that he has and follow him. The Rich Man couldn't see past his wealth. And wasn't willing to give up what truly wasn't his in the first place. Jesus was trying to teach this Rich Man that basically, God comes first, not his worldly possessions. The Rich Man walked away. Then later, Jesus made a point that if YOU chose him FIRST, above everything else, you shall receive all that you need here and hereafter. Your third scripture is the same as the first. Matthew, Mark, Luke, & John(Gospels) are writting about the same experince. (Reminds me of something funny. A lady was reading the Bible and didn't really know the Bible that well. She started in the New Testament. She finished with the first four books. And she stated, she didn't know Jesus was hung on the cross 4 Times!)

These pasages also start out "Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites; as it is written."
Goes to show whatever the subject, if you know where to look in the Bible, you can support it, sometimes by putting a square peg into a round hole by hammering it home.
I know a couple of kids ought to be abandoned or killed for their bad behavor. Does Mathew 19:29 really say "To leave your child is abuse, it's called neglect, pure and simple?"
I kind of think you added that part and are interpreting the text to support your views. I've looked up some of your references and you've taken so much out of context it really isn't the same speech. You might as well be quoting Hitler as Jesus.
From the same passages come:
"First let the children eat all they want," he told her, "for it is not right to take the children's bread and toss it to their dogs."
Uhmm, that doesn't sound like child abuse. Sounds like putting children first and taking proper care of them.
So, to answer your question, your direction is aimless, pointless and foundationless. We merely have to actully look up the Bible quotes you give and look at them IN CONTEXT!
And, for the record, I'm not a Bible-thumping Yank as some have recently made rude comments about, but a southerner living in the United States.
Right is right and I think what you're attempting to pass off isn't right. It's just plain propaganda. Might I sugest reading of Nostridamus?
Jesus also said let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

What Christ is saying is written in the manuscripts "they will surely die the death", in place of "let them die the death"; and what Jesus is saying is that a person (such as the pharisees he was addressing) continue on a path of sin, its a continual path, and they will die in the lake of fire, because they will not be saved.
Christ never suggested that a child be left without care, or be neglected in any form or
fashion.
All you obviously wish to do is to pick little parts out of Scripture and then point your little finger and waive at it "see! see!" I found something mean about God. "see!!".
You are not worth your question, aside from the fact that it shows your Biblical illiteracy, you aren't asking it so that you can learn something, but only because you want to mock God. You are getting away with nothing. Go ahead, lets see just how deep you can dig yourself in........

And Matt. verse 15:3 says ' Jesus answered, " And why do you refuse to obey God's command so that you can follow your own teachings?"
Jesus is using it as an example of peoples hypocrisy.
Matthew 19:29 says:
'"And all those who HAVE left houses, brothers, sisters, father, mother, children or farms to follow me will get much more than they left, and they will have life forever."
Jesus is saying that his promise of eternal life will be fulfilled to followers of him and that people will never be alone as long as they follow him.
Mark 7:9
'Then Jesus said to them, "You cleverly ignore the commands of God so you can follow your own teachings."'
Basically the same as Matt. 15:3-7
And remember, this was in the time of Jewish law

You'd probably get a much better idea of what he was getting at if you look at the actual Greek the New Testament was written in. The English translations are horrible across the board.

In Matthew 15:4-6 Jesus told them that if they gave a gift to the Temple that it forgave them cursing their father or mother and not honoring them. But God said Honor thy father and mother. The Temple Pharisees were forgiving rebellious children. God clearly states in the Old Testament "Do not raise rebellious children because God will put them to death."
God even said that they had just as soon kill them to raise rebellious children. The same as saying they are dead already if you let them be reared rebellious.
A child old enough to curse father and mother is old enough to know right from wrong and God holds that child accountable. If the child had been raised correctly in accordance with the teaching of God that child would not be cursing their father and mother.
Go ahead, raise your children to be little disobeying heathens, cursing their elders, disrespectful to their teachers, back talking you and God will put them in hell. Of course, that is after they go to jail from stealing or harming someone else. And after they die, then God will put them in hell for eternity.
God also commands that you put Him first before Father, Mother, Sister, Brother, Spouse, and Child. God knows if He comes first everything else good will fall in line and God is your protection and provision, therefore spouse and child will be well taken care of.
God doesn't advocate child abuse. He said if you cause one child to stumble it is best that you put a rock around your neck and throw yourself into the river and drown. He said heaven is made of little children. Jesus said "suffer the little children to come unto me," when the disciples tried to shew them away.
God is telling parents, don't raise a rebellious child because Saints will judge the world with Him and you might end up judging a rebellious child and sending him or her to hell.
Any good parent knows it is easier to let a child do whatever they want than it is to discipline one. It takes time and effort to discipline a child, but a caring parent does this.
Jesus was speaking to those Pharisees who were the grown up children who their parents had let them rebell and He knew at that very moment that He was going to put them in hell.
I have seen parents let their children talk to them by cursing and accusing with total disrespect and those parents said nothing. I wanted to grab them and beat some respect into them and save them from hell. God means business. You are damning your children to hell by not disciplining them.
My friend you look at a small picture and think you know what you are talking about, but God knows the big picture. God knew the Pharisees were going to hell, because He would put them there.
You are accusing the man Jesus who has the FINAL WORD.
You don't know what you are doing!!

if your going to quote scripture then actually quote scripture..it really says
4 For God commanded, saying, ‘Honor your father and your mother’;[a] and, ‘He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.’[b] 5 But you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me is a gift to God”— 6 then he need not honor his father or mother.’[c] Thus you have made the commandment[d] of God of no effect by your tradition. 7 Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying:
And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife[a] or children or lands, for My name’s sake, shall receive a hundredfold, and inherit eternal life.
Mark 7:9 (New King James Version)
9 He said to them, “All too well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition.

I like how you take a biblical quote and then give your own interpretation. You who are such a scholar that we all should bow down to the fact that you can open a Bible, swipe a few passages, and suddenly are an expert. Grow up!

Why don't you ask him (if you can just before you're cast into the fiery regions of Hell)
Maybe you can then ask the devil who no doubt will fill you with more of the drivel you're already spouting
