Me and my girlfriend of almost a year recently got into a lil argument and stopped talking to me. So, I decided to talk to a female that messaged me saying that she wanted to chat wit me. So out of anger, I told this girl i can't wait to break up with my girlfriend to find someone new. It turns out this girl from Myspace was a cousin to my girls bestfriend and told her everything I wrote. And I dont want to break up with her and I never cheated on her before or ever thought about it til this point, So what can I do to make this relationship work?

1. Get off of myspace, or if you're going to stay on it, make your profile private and don't answer messages from people you don't know.
2. Apologize to your girlfriend, tell her you made that statement in anger, and you didn't mean it.
3. Tell her what you told us, that you've never cheated or wanted to break up, and you've never thought of doing either.
4. Just a hint, when a girl stops answering your calls, and she is your girlfriend she's not telling you to stop calling or go talk to another girl. She wants to kind of put you through some pain before she forgives you. Yes it's weird, but that's how girls are. So don't stop calling, just keep calling, texting, emailing, whatever it'll show her you really are sorry and want to work it out.
5. Learn the relationship boundaries that you and your girlfriend both think should be in place and stick with them.
6. Flowers and an "I'm sorry" card wouldn't hurt!!! lol

You sort of messed up with the Myspace crap. Well out of your heart you wrote that girl a message (not knowing who she was) and you told how you really felt.... or how you felt out of anger. Either way it goes you were wrong and this is probably eating your girlfriend up on the inside. She probably still loves you, but can't trust you right now.
Question: Would you have told your girlfriend of this incident (if you would have never been found out?) Or would you have just went on everyday normal life as if you weren't writing messages to another female?
P.S. It's all about trust. If she can't trust you then you don't have anything to work with...

Regardless of whether you have cheated before, you got busted trying this time. Major apologies and conversation are in order. But if you're willing to cheat on her over what you described as a "lil argument," then you obviously don't want to be in the relationship anymore, anyway. If that's the case, explain to her that you want out and leave. If you're serious about making it work, then do all you can to prove to her you mean it. Give up the MySpace if you have to, and suck up big time.

this sounds like some hig school bullshit!! but ok yeah she doesnt trust you becuz the gurl you was talking o turned out to be someone she knew. so in her eyes, you really do feel that way becuz that could have been anybody else. Myspace causes too too many problems thats why i took mine down too!! so if i were you i would do the same. oh last but definately not least,ur stupid for even sayin those type of things just out of anger!! grow the **** up!! you need to focus on whats more important and if shes not worth losing then dont pull no stupid **** like this one. admit your mistake and explain what really happened, yall might be able to still work things out! best of luck to you.

Take down your myspace page and cut off all access with this girl. Or break up with your GF. It really sounds like you don't want a girlfriend at this time. Have some fun and date other women. Your dating window will not last long, take advantage of it now.

u have alot of making up to do. frist a nice gift might be good for all the trouble ur in. explan that u were just angery and it was a spere of the moment thing. prove to her u care deeply about her probley love her if u have been with her this long.

Oops. I would just explain that you were angry.
But, your behavior seems to imply that if you were angry at a future point that you might hop into bed with someone.
If you can't resolve things, I hope you take this as a learning experience and can control your impulses in the future.
