As long as you don't waiver from your exercise or diet as listed above, it will take you about 11 weeks. You may be able to do it in 9-10 weeks depending on how many calories you lose for other activities (sleeping, walking, sex, talking, taking a shower, etc).
It takes 3500 calories to gain a pound, the same is said for losing a pound.
500 calories a week = 3500 calories lost.
1400-500 = 900 calories a day
900 a week = 6300
So you lose 6300 calories a week just from above.
20 lbs = 3500 x 20 = 70,000 calories/6300 = 11 weeks.
