That sucks.
I want you to stay, so I can be your personal firefighter.
You know, save you from the burning depths of hell, and stuff like that.

As for me I don't want anybody to stop coming here, I just wish somethings would change...
1. When a person asks a question (whether Christian, Atheist, or what ever) I wish they would do it without being sarcastic. There are a lot of questions I would like to answer but I don't because they come across as not sincere.
2. The same with the answers. If someone asks a sincere question they get idiotic answers and soon they will stop asking (does anyone "really" want that to happen?)
3. People make statements or ask "why" without telling us where they are getting the information so that we can respond with a proper and respectful answer.
i.e..
4. Jesus said this, or the Bible said this, or this book or prophet said this...BUT THEY NEVER TELL US THE NAME OF THE BOOK OR CHAPTER OR VERSE, they are getting it from So how can we respond to that.
I have over 30 years in the Christian Ministry and the answers alot of the "Christians" are giving would be down right funny if it were not so sad...
But that is just my opinion...GOD BLESS YOU

No, there's a place for everyone on this site, no matter what their views are. No one knows everything about everything, even those who are serious students of their area of study. New understandings always happen, as we mature and grow in our study. Things we read sometimes don't make sense until our "light bulbs" light up, and a fuller understanding is made known to us. Us Christians call it the revealing of the Holy Spirit, Who is the only one who can reveal the meaning of God's word. By the way, He can and does reveal the Truth to unbelievers. That's how they become believers. Anyway, I honestly welcome any honest and straightforward debate from anyone, even the nasty ones. I try to look past the nastiness and look to the heart of their question. I hope that whatever nut job is after you, they'll knock it off and go pick on someone their own size. It might be difficult finding someone THAT small though. <*)))><

I'm not a Christian. I'm sure you know that by now. Anyway no we shouldn't leave this forum. If the Atheists, Agnostics, Freethinkers, and Humanists left this site the Fundamentalist/Evangelical nutjobs would simply fight the Liberal Christians as well as pick on the Pagans, and Muslims and any other non Christians. These people need us on here seriously.

I'm not Christian...so maybe I shouldn't respond...but, I'm gonna anyway! Don't ever let someone dictate what you should or should not do...whoever the nut job is...he/she/it is obviously targeting you because they don't follow the lessons that their bible teaches them such as:
Judge not lest ye be judged.
or
Thou shall not bear false witness against another.
I hope the nut job that is flagging all your questions reads this and realizes just how 'antichrist-like' they are acting!
Hey Nut Job?! Did the Devil make you do it?!!!

A nut job is a nut job regardless of religious beliefs. You know I'm 'one of us' not 'one of them', but I know there are plenty of good Christians out there who are up to the challenge. Unfortunately Yahoo! can't find a way to ignore the people who 'report' everything they disagree with...

No, we want you to continue posting on Religion & Spirituality.
I never knew that I was a "Bible Thumper," "Nut Job," "Fundie," "Ignorant," "Dumb," "Closed Minded," and the many versions of the word "Christian," until I came on YA.
See what you've taught me. Now, let me teach you John 3:16
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes on Him shall not perish but have everlasting life."
If you atheists guys want wisdom, ask of God who gives it freely.

It's been happening to a lot of non-christians, sweetie. You are not alone.
I don't want to see anyone leave.. not even stayathomemom or fireball226. I think the diversity is what makes this place special and fun.

No - I like having challenges to my faith. Finding answers strengthens my faith and gives me even more proof of what I believe is true. I appreciate the athiests that can be respectful and ask intelligent questions. What I don't like is the rude people that are only on here to broadcast their ignorance and intolerance and insult people. I welcome the presense of anyone that is respectful and seeks knowledge.

Not at all.
But it would make it more of an honest exchange if atheists would accept SOMETIMES that they just don't know something about the subject of God, instead of responding like experts the majority of the time.
As for reporting your questions, there is a Biblical principle: You reap what you sow.
Greetings!
