girls always talk about how stupid guys are, but i dont think they realize that most of the time, they are the inconsiderit assholes.

~And not all girls want presents and don't care about love. Those girls who do, we call them GOLD-DIGGERS and there are some other nasty names they have as well.
.REAL girls who have some moral values anyways, do not care about presents (sure they're nice) but they are looking for affection more than a gift. And to be honest for a girl to get LOTS of affection from a guy...well that's the best "gift" you can give her. It's not always about materials.
~I think you might have just come across one too many needy, bitchy, gold digging girls...and now you have a resentment towards them. Just like if a girl comes across one too many guys who are assholes, she automatically assumes all guys are that way.
**So you can't judge all girls based meerly on only the few you have come across, and the same can be said for girls as well...we can't or shouldn't be judging all guys and calling them "assholes" just because we got dissed by a couple.

Thats being very stereotype! The girls you have met may have been stupid and have only cared about presents but maybe thats only the type yo *** attracts. If you wanna smart girl why dont you dress sensible and cut your hair! A lot of girls care about love and relationship. I really love my boyfriend but not for how he looks, or how much money he has! I love him for him, and the reasons he loves me!

Hey I resent that statement. I would never say men are stupid!! They do however need things spelled out for them! Doesnt mean they are stupid.
I'm not spoiled and could actually care less about presents as long as I am happy with the person I am with. Love is all that matters!

Some girls and some guys are stupid, some are not. Anyone making a blanket statement either way is incorrect (and foolish).
Materialistic people aren't kewl, so in the future spend time with those who like you for who you are, not what you can give them.

As a guy, I hear you. Women are not stupid, just borderline neurotic and Marianne Williamson will echo that remark. This is not to say that we guys don't have issues (e.g. some of us have yet to evolve).
Women want two things. To be listened to and to be held. Everything else is gravy. I mean really, women are such poor weak creatures and they give you all they got.

I`m sorry if you had bad experiences with girls like that, yes, they DO exist. You just haven`t met the right one yet, or maybe you just hang around the wrong people! In my situations, I was the one buying my boyfriend presents and I did it because it made me happy to see HIM happy (maybe that's selfish but anyway...). I never say guys are stupid, I say...THIS guy is stupid.

Material girls are like that... always want attention, always want stuff.
Down-to-earth/low maintance girls are different, we like having fun, getting down and dirty just as much as you do.
Girls with a job or who are independent not only don't demand so many gifts, they actually will buy YOU things and pay for themselves everytime you go out. You should try looking for these type of girls... don't worry, we're out there : )
