Your IQ is essentially a glance into how you think at a given moment, specifically, the moment when you take the test.

If you are tired at that time, expect a lower score than if you were wide awake. The same applies if you are feeling depressed, as you would score lower than if you were feeling better.

Meditation allows you to level out your emotions and even raise your thought processes, and these could well allow a higher IQ score.

As regards meats, an overabundance of certain fats and the products of digestion can lead to slower overall operation of both body and brain, but usually not significantly, while vegetarianism is not necessarily any better, as both are subject to the specifics of the diet for each individual.

There is no set or pat answer for this part of your question.

Yes it is true, though I wouldn't go so far as to say it works for everybody. There have been a number of studies done, especially in the past 10 years which indicate that those who meditate on a regular basis often have an easier time remembering things and absorbing information. I have also heard the same for yoga and Tai Chi so yes I believe there is some truth in that.

As for vegetarianism, I havn't read anything on it but I wouldn't doubt it. A diet with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables can improve your health and in doing so may make you more mentally focused I suppose.

Such are the techniques of searching what's actual between men. So, once you ask , "why might want to our frequent truth be pretend, and our actual truth hidden?", you've discovered the crack interior the idea of their irrationality. attempt reading Kant and also you'll locate only how irrational is the technique of attempting to allow you to comprehend that "actual truth" is hidden: Kant calls it "noumenal." "Noumenal" potential you are able to by no potential EVER comprehend it, because that's that deeply hidden from "incorrect" human beings. ideal for you for locating their flaw.

I don't know but I've been listening to "Brain Power" and it's neat. The sounds relax my thinking and allows more free-flow thought as opposed to trying to think too much.
