You should NEVER play with chest pains. You didn't mention anything about coughing, or coughing in the past but It could be pnemonia, it could be a pulled muscle from anything at all, you could have lifted a bag wrong, and pulled a muscle. With the pollen in some areas, it could be a result of allergies. It could be a countless number of things. Just to give you something to think about, Do you know that babies have suffered from heart attaches, so your age really doesn't really matter. What matters is that your chest is hurting, and regardless of rather or not you have insurance you really need to go to the doctor just to be sure that it is not life threatning. And sometimes you may not feel like you are stressed, but your body feels as if it is. For example, if you are not getting enough rest, and not getting enough to eat, then your body is stressing.

This sounds like it could be something serious, as the others said. From what I have studied, these symptoms sound like you have a heart problem/ circulatory problems caused by a heart issue. I am not a doctor, but you really should go see one. If you are having these pains, please go to the emergency room. The longer you wait, the more damage could be done by whatever the problem is. Good luck. I hope it is no big deal, but better to be safe than sorry.
Also, if you normally don't yawn or hiccup often and now do, that is a symptom!

Any layman's diagnosis here should not stop you from seeing your primary care physician. Many of the other answers do provide some good possibilities.

It is possible that you have an infection in your lungs or if you're over...45 or 50 it could be the 1st signs of a cardiovascular problem. Angina comes to mind.

It sounds like pleurisy if the pain is right beneath your ribs and if it's markedly pronounced when you inhale. It's impossible to know without seeing the Dr. though. It could even be more serious than that. I would recommend seeing the MD to rule out something more serious and/or to treat the pleurisy if that's what it is. Good luck!

It could be a myriad of things: Heart problems, poor circulation, respiratory infection, cracked rib ..... We cannot diagnose you online, even if we were doctors. Visit your physician as soon as possible. Best of luck.

it depends how old you are. I have odd pains sometimes in my leg but i think its because i have been walking alot or something. But you've got to go to the doctor in case it is something more serious.
