are there any ways you can make an anesthetic shot in the mouth, say if you were getting fillings and they gave you a shot is there anyway to make it go away faster?

No. The drug actually enters nerve cells and block conduction in those cells.

There are ways to make local anesthetics act more quickly or last longer, but they need to wear off. There are no reversal agents for that class of drugs.

Not really.

The speed at which the effects dissipate is dependent on your metabolism. If you have a fast metabolism the effects will vanish very quickly, if it is slow then you will have to be patient.
