After 2 Weeks? Yes you absolutely can! I have done this with my costumers numbers of times.

It Depends On Your Hair's Current Condition. IF It's Healthy Enough (INCLUDING The "Highlighted" Strands) YES, You Can Get It Permed, HOWEVER, Do NOT Try It At Home. There Are SPECIAL Perms And Pre-Perm Treatments That You Can Only Get At A Salon (Not To Mention The "Professional Expertise")

Yes you can get it permed, however depending on how much is highlighted and how blonde the highlights are, it might not take very well on the highlights, this is not something you should try at home though! I don't know of any decent perms that you can buy without a cosmetology license.

Yes you can. If you are going to do yourself buy a perm for colored hair. If there is a beauty supply store, (like Sally's) they have perms that you can buy and you don't have to have a license. Or look one up on the Internet. Good luck!

Truthfully no,you can't. You have to wait at least two we eeks after the highlights has been applied then perm your hair because if you apply a perm to your hair it can cause serious problems such as hair loss and you do not want that to happen.

Well, you can do whatever you want to. Whether or not it's good for your hair though, is another question. If I were you, I would call a specialized beautician. Ya, it'll be expensive... but the way I see it, it's my hair. It deserves to be healthy. Ask her if you can just do a test, to make sure your hair doesn't melt in her hands because of the recent damage due to the highlights. If she agrees, then go ahead with it!

Good luck!

Yea you can, I got mine permed when I was 13 but then I took it out. I didnt like it. it ruins your hair, it didn mine anyway. So then I had to cut it to let it grow. But it dont matter do whatever whenever you like. The highlights wont do anything to it.

According to my stylist, doing so can really damage your hair. It becomes straw-like.
