If you have the opportunity, choose all three. The credit bureaus do not share information with one another and in order to get the most complete picture of your credit history, you should pull all three.
Hopefully you are pulling it from www.annualcreditreport.com.
That is the government-sanctioned site. You need to pull one report at a time...from the main page, click a bureau. It will direct you to a separate site. Follow through, answer the questions. Once you have that report, go back to the first page and then click on the next one. That site will not make you 'choose'. You get all 3!

They are all equal to some extent. Most credit card companies will use 1 of the 3, but which one varies company to company. When you go to get a Loan for a Car or House there is a good chance that all 3 will be used. So it is important to make sure all 3 are correct.

If you only want to choose one right now then you probably should go with either Experian or Equifax. But you are allowed 1 per company per year. So if you select only 1 now you can select the other two at the same time or you can space them out. That is select Experian now, then come back in 4 months and select Equifax, then 4 months after that Trans-Union. This way you get a free credit report 3 times a year.

If they contain invalid information then you have the right to dispute the information to have it corrected.

All three contain MOSTLY the same info, so any you pick would be fine. I usually go with Experian, but they all report the most of the same info.
