Is there a way to eat healthy on a low carb diet? If so what foods can you eat?

You can eat healthy on a low carb diet! I have done both, an Atkins version and South Beach. South Beach did not work good for me because it allowed to many carbs in different phases. However, if you just do low carbs items such as Fish broiled with something like Smart Balance light and garlic and fresh herbs, and a green salad ( which will have a few carbs, but will also have fiber so it is the best carbs to eat) with a low carb dressing. You can also make healthy choices by always choosing lean meats and snacking on fat-free turkey deli slices. Sugar free Jello has 0 carbs and is good for you hair and nails. It can also help curb a fruit craving. Also, it is a good idea to take a multi vitiman to get any nutrients you would be getting from a regular diet including milk, grains, and fruit.

Diet soda is pleasant on a low carb nutrition. Especially with all the sodas available in the market in these days, there are sooo many pleasant nutrition offerings. Also, if you're feeling adventurous choose up a few low carb frozen yogurt or ice cream and make a nutrition root beer flow!

Yes, you can! I recommend you explore the "South Beach Diet". Generally speaking, you may eat all fresh meats and most fresh vegetables. A number of fruits are restricted because of their high carbohydrate content. Most packaged foods, e.g., crackers, breads, pastas, soups, sauces, potato chips, are off limits because of their carbohydrate content. You really need to find a publication outlining this diet, in order, to make it work for you.
