I have a question about the sitzs marker test that test how well your bowels move?

Ok i took the pill for it Friday and went in for xray on Monday and there were still rings left and so i have one today and they were gone does that indicate there is problem or is that normal,. but the one i had to day there were no markers.

The xrays are first taken 3 days after swallowing the capsule containing the markers (rings). The next set of xrays is usually taken 2 days later which is day 5. For a normal result, most of the markers need to be expelled by the 5th day.

Since you had expelled all of them by the time you had your second day of xrays, it sounds like your results were normal.
