Last night I had some ribs at a resturant..I ate a few and had quite a few left over, so I brought them home for my brother. As soon as I got home I began feeling nauseus(sp) and dizzy. I went straight to bed. Within an hour after laying I began vomitting(yes, it was the ribs). I had the chills and a headache. When I woke up today my brother told me that an hour or so after he ate the ribs he also vomitted(and he has the hershey squirts)(sorry for the info but i need help!). My muscles in my legs and back are killing me....

Is this food poisoning?? Or is it a flu bug?
Help Please?

Sounds about right! My dad and I got food poisening one night from the same restaurant... and we spent all day wanting to kill ourselves and fighting over the bathroom!!! It sucks, but it should be out of your system in a day or so. We still called our doctor, but he said to just wait it out. If you're still experiencing the nasties... then you'll really need to make sure your doctor knows what's going on....

Good luck. I feel your pain. ugh!

More than likely, you do have food poisoning. Your symptoms are classic signs of food poisoning. Food poisoning reacts VERY fast in the system. You'll know if it's fod poisoning if you get better within 48 hrs. That's what happened to me.

Of course, to be safe, call your general physician.

Cheers.
