Are you sure its a rash? Usually rashes tend to be sore and a bit itchy, but you describe it more like Poison Ivy or Poison Oak. Have you been in a field or forest recently?
It could be a rash from changing laundry soap or shampoo/conditioners
Remember if you did anything new in the last 4 days or so and try to figure out what happened to make this rash appear
Buy some cortizone cream and soak yourself in the tub for awhile and DON'T USE PERFUMED SOAP! Go get some "Dial" soap, its the best, and it won't irritate your rash any further
If it just gets worse or doesnt start clearing up within 2 days, I would say go see a doctor because you may have chicken pox or ghonorrea or something LOL

No doctor in the house but get some Aveno and soak in it and then use some cortisone cream from other the counter and that should help. Make sure you've not changed soaps or laundry soap or used and being around some new cologne or something.

Have you been sun-bathing? If yes, could be sun poison.
Pulling or planting in the yard, might be poison ivy or poison oak.
You could add one half cup baking soda to your bath water, use cool water, warm water makes it itch more. White vinegar might also give relieve.
You can also take Benadryl or a generic one.
