Wow, sounds yummy. Most people put a Caesar or a vinaigrette on that kind of salad but I'm a ranch dressing with Gorgonzola cheese added type of gal. Sounds good and my god I am never going to skip breakfast and lunch then read anything in this Food & Drink section again!

Western dressing is good with eggs, cheese, bacon and grilled chicken. Red wine vinegar is good in small quantities with just the grilled chicken and lettuce, maybe a pinch of parmesean cheese. Italian dressing is best when served with the grilled chicken, swiss or mozzerella cheese and cherry or grape tomatoes. I eat salad all the time and always have these 3 in the fridge, along with some Ranch if I decide to have breaded chicken with the eggs, bacon and chese!

I like a thick dressing with a chicken salad. Something like ceaser, ranch or creamy Italian!

I'm going to be the odd man out here and suggest an Asian inspired vineagrette! Toss your greens with bean sprouts, water chestnuts, mandarin oranges, chowmein crunchy noodles and add vineagrette along with diced chicken. Yum!

It depends on what you like, but I'd put Ranch dressing on that type of salad.

Western Dressing by Wishbone. Its hard to find and usually masquerading in the BBQ sauce shelves. Great marinade, too!
