You have some great ingrediants for a terrific dinner! Here are some thoughts:

Make your pasta according to package directions. Saute several slices of bacon (chopped) and set aside. Saute spinach in bacon grease and add 1 clove of garlic (minced). Dice a couple of tomatoes and seed them. Add to spinach. Add bacon back to the mixture and season with:
1 T Italian Herbs and 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Toss with hot pasta and add cubed brie. Toss to coat all pasta with mixture.

You might also consider sauteing your bacon, slicing your tomatos and making a bacon and tomato sandwich on your baguette. You can add some of the brie if you're so inclined. Toss the spinach with some olive oil, mustard, and wine vinegar for a nice salad.

Cook up some pasta.

While you're doing this, chop the bacon and fry it up. Chop a few tomatoes and add them to the skillet, seeds and all. Let that cook for a few minutes. When the pasta is nearly done, add big handfulls of it to the tomato mixture. Drain the pasta and toss it with the tomatoes mixture in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. If you have a bit of parmesan cheese, add that.

Serve it up with hunks of bread.

Enjoy!

Make a spinach bacon quiche

Fry bacon set aside. Cook fresh or frozen spinach in a few tablespoons of the bacon fat along with onions and garlic. Place crumbled bacon in the bottom of a frozen pie crust, place cooked spinach on top of bacon. Top spinach with the cheese. Make a milk mixture of 1 c. milk, 3 or 4 eggs, salt and pepper. Pour over top of cheese.

If you don't have a pie crust, I would experiment with the baguette as the "crust"..........or just make it a crustless quiche

I would cook up (and drain) the pasta,

Saute the tomato and the spinach together, then toss it into the pasta with some cooked bacon bits, sprinkle with some parmasen cheese.
