The one that is either dead or not doing anything! You can only fail if you are trying and there is no disgrace in that!
The disgrace comes when after failing, you do nothing! Even worse, instead of using the lesson learned by the failure, you throw away the lesson, refuse to use it, opting to do nothing. Is there any thing sadder?
