cellulite is caused by a connective tissue disorder. basically it allows the fat cells in women to "stack up" under the dermis while in men they fat cells are distributed evenly. this fat is no different than any other type of fat that the body stored under the dermis. so reducing the body fat will indeed improve the effects of cellulite. the thickness of the skin will also make cellulite more or less prevalent.
reducing the body fat to below average levels is the best way to reduce the effects of cellulite. for young women training at a high level of intensity such as sprinting will increase growth hormone output. GH is the most powerful fat burning substance that the body produces, it also helps to thicken the dermis.
I see thousands of women every year that are over 30 in fitness and bodybuilding competitions that have no cellulite. reducing and/or eliminating the effects can be done if the person wants it bad enough.

Cellulite dimpling is handed from the mum, and it may come to be way more obvious as a result of elements adding deficient meals consumption, little recreation, low water consumption, alterations in hormones, and higher further fats. The dimples are prompted through fats pushing up in opposition to connective tissue. Cellulite ointments, drugs, together with different ways aren't so well at eliminating lumpy epidermis from cellulite. The best technique might be to consume healthful meals by way of plenty of fruit and greens, and making use of a constant recreation hobbies that entails each cardiovascular and force coaching.

No, not all women over thirty have cellulite on their rears (or other places for that matter.) Dieting likely won't help and not all women with cellulite are fat/overweight. I have seen young, thin girls with cellulite.
Unfortunately, cellulite is virtually impossible to get rid of. It can be minimized by staying properly hydrated and with weight training. The toning can serve to help "flatten" the fat cells out somewhat due to a more toned underlying muscle and it also makes the skin a little "tighter" because the muscle size has increased. Staying properly hydrated keeps the skin moister, and therefore, plumper helping to reduce the cottage cheese look of cellulite. However, either of these are not absolute solutions and may not work for everyone.

Most women have it not just those over 30. It a connective tissue deal, not a fat thing, so diets and exercise aren't really a help, you can spend a fortune on creams and such but all you will do is make the manufacturer rich.
There is a new form of laser surgery done by a plastic surgeon that's showing promise, its expensive, but I suppose no more so than chasing after jar after jar of promises.
I am amazed at the amount of totally perfect men here who would poke fun at a ripple or two, or even three or more, on a woman, you must truly be Gods gift to yourselves.
I've never seen any evidence or even a theory that birth control leads to or accelerates cellulite.

It very common for women of all ages to have cellulite. It is because of the connective tissues under the skin weaken and it allows the fat to bulge. Women do not have to be overweight to get cellulite, although the more body fat you have, the worse it tends to look.
It is very difficult to treat and almost impossible to get rid of. The only proven methods are Endermologie and Mesotherapy, which are expensive treatments and need to be repeated indefinitely.

No, not all. And I don't think it has anything to do with "letting yourself go". I exercise everyday (weekends included) and still have some cellulite. I do think it's more prevalent with age though. I also think you get it from gaining and losing weight. I'm told you can get yourself a natural bristle brush (from a health food store), and stroke your legs in an upward motion from the feet up. Use circular strokes around your hips. I'm told this will release the toxins that are stored in your skin and will drastically improve the appearance of cellulite. (You know, the skin is a living breathing organ, right)
Anyway, haven't found that brush yet, so I haven't tried it, but as soon as I do, I will.

No they don't. The debate is still raging over how cellulite forms. Scientists now believe that cellulite has less to do with the fat cells and more to do with the connective tissue that shapes the fat and keeps it in place.

Cellulite does not mean that a woman is fat. I am very petite and am under 30. I've had cellulite for years. It is just a common thing for women for childbearing. Unfortunately, it is just not attractive.
