Hummus is most commonly used as a dip for either fresh cut veggies and/or tortillia chips or pita wedges.
But I just saw a recipe which uses lemon juice, hummus and enough plain yogurt to make the hummus a little runny. You drizzle this over cooked chicken breasts and let the "sauce" warm before eating it. That sounds delicious to me!
I'll put a link to the recipe in the source box. Enjoy!

The only ways I've ever seen it served is either with pita wedges, or with raw veggies. If you don't like celery try any of your favorite cut up raw veggies.

Hummus is great with sliced cucumbers and tomato. I also love it smeared on a pita with a turkey burger.

Its great with jicama. You can get it at a lot of grocery stores, it sort of looks like a weird potato. Just peel it and cut it into sticks. Yummy!
Heres a picture:

I know a girl who eats it with carrot sticks. Sounds bizarre but try it, you'll love it!
