Encanto in spanish is more like charm, if you mean spell, it woulf be hechizo.

Encanto de media noche = Midnight charm
Hechizo de media noche = Midnight spell

or midnight charm. Depends on context.
Re: One of the posters says encanto is
more like a charm. But in the Spanish
version of Harry Potter it is used in the
sense of "spell" quite often.
