if you have taken flush the fat pills can you tell me if they made you feel different? do they have caffeine in them or anything else that makes you jittery?

those pills from Dr. Phil are bogus. none of the active ingredients have been proven to have any effect on fat loss.
besides that you can't flush fat from the body. fat is stored energy and it must be converted to ATP and utilized for energy. it simply can not be "flushed" from the body, no more than muscle tissue could.

i've tried the bangkok pills but it doesn't make me feel jittery because i took it under the doctor's care ...for sure, its not only caffeine in there...there's more than that - because i do lose weight like 5lbs. a week ;>
