A God-awful ham and macaroni casserole. I was trying to use the last of the leftover ham from Easter, and found a recipe on AllRecipes that had pretty good ratings. It was so disgusting! The worst part is, I can't waste food--it drives me nuts, so I brought it for lunch today. I tried to eat it--really I did. I ended up putting it down the garbage disposal though. Now I'm eating ramen (keep a few packs in my desk for times like this) and I'm much happier. :)

Left over Easter dinner. It was ham, green beans, cheesy potato casserole and Hawaiian rolls. It was all very tasty but a little high in calories.
