The hairspray that works for me and everyone else I know is called Pump It Up by BB. It lasts for hours at a time.

the "newish" Redken hairspray. It's in like a tall, metal container and there's numbers on the front for the different types of hairspray like mine is 23. It works great and I love it!

There is a good one called 'freeze' by treseme..l'oreal also have a nice one in a gold can..i forgot the name of it..it is nice and smells lovely.....use with mousse for extra hold.

For really firm hold then you need Focus Splash

I used Fructis (by Garnier), the strongest one. It holds but doesn't make your hair look sticky and hair is brushed easily.

Aquanet, or the beach blonde works well too. Suave products stink.
Also bedhead products work really good.
