The kneading and purring is left over from when she nursed from her mother, she's just recently weaned and still very young so she still remembers it.
But it's a common behavior in cats, they all do it throughout their lives when they're happy and comfortable and getting ready to fall asleep. It's her way of showing affection although I know those little claws can be very sharp! She's not too young to clip them by the way, just be careful not to clip her little toes.
The rolling around on the floor is another thing they all do, usually it means they want petting and attention, although when she gets older, watch out, some of them will bite when you pet their bellies.
The meowing is also asking for attention, when they're this small they need a lot of cuddles, remember she's only just left her mother so she needs you to be her parent and give her a lot of love.
Enjoy your new kitten!

The kittens knead their paws like the other people said because that is how they get milk from their mother. As far as the laying on the floor, my kitty does the exact same thing. He does it because he wants his belly rubbed. But he thinks he's a dog though.. lool...

That is normal behavior. Sounds like she was taken away from her mother too soon. A cat should stay with momma until 8 weeks, bare minimum. When kittens nurse from momma, they knead like that on her belly to get milk production stimulated.

They do the same thing when nursing. She may be a little young to take away from mom. Most cats knead you when they are happy, or content.

She is nuzzling, kittens often do this especially when they have left their mum too young. just give her lots of love and cuddles and she will be fine. she is simply reinacting how she would press on her mums tum to stimulate the milk flow.

All cats seem to do that. I have had many cats and they all have done that from when they were born and throughout adulthood. My only guess to why they do it is because that's how they get milk out of their mother and so later on in life they do it for comfort when they are happy.

she's kneading to get her spot nice and comfy for her to lay down. i have the joy of having my cat do that to my body at night and i have to kick him off, because it does hurt at times.

She is just getting used to everything in the world. She wants you to go play with her.
