WOW This Q is asked soooooooooo often. Some of our Kingdom Halls have windows and some don't. There are many reasons for/against having Windows. It is cheaper to heat/air a building without windows. It is safer to not have windows. A Kingdom Hall we built in Macon Georgia had windows. I was amazed at how many people thought we had some scriptural/religious problem with windows. The Kingdom Hall on Anthony Road in Macon is in a BAD neighborhood. We had to put a brick cage around our Heat and Air unit to keep it from being stolen. If you want to know why a specific Kingdom Hall does or doesn't have a specific feature, why not go and ask someone there?

Some do and some don't.

The older one (most) don't. One reasoning is because they didn't feel the need to have distractions from the outside world. Another is the benefit to saving with costs to electric bills and so forth.
The newer ones (most) have windows.

It's nothing to do with the religous requirements or anything like that. Not that things are done in secrecy, cause all the doors stay open during normal service hours.

This question has been asked so much....

Some have windows and some don't. It depends on where they are built. The type of neighborhood. It is more cost effective to built Kingdom Halls without windows. Although, many of the Kingdom Halls built in other countries, such as Africa do have windows, because they don't have air conditioning.

Everyone is always welcome to attend and see for themselves. There's nothing weird going on. No candles, no chanting, no speaking in tongues etc...just families getting together to study the bible.

I have seen JW churches with windows. I guess it just depends on the building.

I can't remember, do we drink to this one, or is it exclusively Pascal's? It's too early anyway, I'm still hung over from last night.
