specifically on treadmill, i get a burrning feeling about where my left hip bone is. i dont get this anywhere else. is it a muscle problem, or something more serious

Even at a young age...since you didn't mention your age...it is possible to have bursitis or even arthritis in your hip joints. Also, if you have bruised your hip it can be a hip pointer.

If the pain continues you might want your doctor to give you a proper diagnosis.

This is definately NOT a stroke - so i don`t know what all that`s about. I`ve never heard such rubbish in my life !! You are simply over working the bone. You can still exercise but i would take it easy for a while until this starts to "ease in".You are fine.

I don't think it is anything serious, probably a pulled muscle. i'd take it easy for a while.

No it is not an muscle problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is an a begining for an stroce!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I had one two weeks ago so this is what I now take it easy and slow down
or your body do it for tou but then it is
LATE.
