Omg your just like my sister! She wants her hair long but while its growing and almost as long as she wants she cuts it! Then she wishes it was long again! So she told me to slap her anytime she wants to get her haircut! I would love to slap you right now! NO dont cut your hair! You want it long, but you also want a change....wait until it grows to your desired length and then maybe add some gorgeous layers. You can do so much more things with long hair. Just look up different hairstyles, cauz that'll keep you from getting bored. My sister also found a way from keeping herself from getting bored with her hair, she would slightly change the color, every time she thought of cutting her hair. She would add highlights, take out highlights, make it reddish-brown, make it brown, etc. ITs fun and you can get the long hair you want!

It depends on what stage your hair is in. If it is many layers and really short, you may need a professional to even out the layers as it grows out every two or three months. Hair grows about a half inch per month. I did this until the layers were at a length that looked good growing out. If it's just bangs, pull them back with a headband, hair clips, or accessory. You can also use a curling iron and hairspray to style it so it's not as noticeable. I usually only cut my hair twice a year to keep it long and tell the hair dresser to only cut an inch off the ends otherwise they whack it all off. To keep it healthy, don't use a blow dryer or hot curlers, any heat will damage your hair and cause split ends. Good luck!

I am just like you. Just when it is getting longer I get antsy in the pantsy and cut it. I suggest going to the store and buying some really cute clips to do funky things with. You will love it when you style it.
You need a change and cutting it will only lead to disappointment.
So, follow my advise, try clips, head bands, sashes, anything new and funky to give you the satisfaction of cutting it without the cut!!

Don't cut it. You'll regret it if you're trying to grow it out. Just play with it and find new styles that don't drive you crazy.

If you really want it to grow - then do nothing.
You should look for more styles with the length you have now...or add an assessory, ie. fancy hair pins, head bands.
