Professor spends a lesson explaining to his class the involuntary reaction of certain muscles. At the end of his presentation on Involuntary Muscle Contraction, he begins asking questions to his class:

MY opinion is that every involuntary action isnt a reflex action where as a reflex is always an involuntary action. For example, breathing, this is an involuntary action but it is a continous & rhythmic process, unlike the typical reflex reaction. Ofcourse breathing is also performed because of continous stimuli and their reflex responses, but then we have to differentiate these things.
