I have been going for regular waxings for nearly a year now. The last time I had everywhere done (except forearms, sack and crack).

I am just a regular bloke, very happily married with a child with no gay/bi curiosity or any such feelings. I just like the feeling of being smooth and don't like the look of being hairy anymore.

I'm really not bothered what people think of me but I'm simply curious to get people's opinions of waxing for men, especialy full body and whether you prefer the hairy or the smooth look - a demographic survey if you like.

PLEASE - considered opinions only, not just exclamations of how weird you might think I am.

I think waxing is a good thing. I think men should be well groomed just like women should. Most women I know are very concerned with body hair. Most men I know aren't. I personally like a little chest hair, but that is about it. I would much rather have a man with a full body wax that a lot of hair everywhere. Having your genital area waxed or shaved is a good thing too. Don't wax the scrotum though. If you want to wax your whole body don't worry about what other people say. My husband has done it while training for big races. Most swimmers do it. It is not unmanly. Go for it.

I think it's totally cool if you're a guy and you wax. I can do without all that hair so I don't have a problem with it!! I'll take a smooth chest over a hairy one any day.

I do waxing for men all the time and I prefer it when a man is all smooth because it is alot better than hair it makes me cringe when I feel hair on a mans chest!

For the hygene purposes and faishion both way, now a days Waxing is popular in India for males also. Even you can shave 2-3 times in a week. your skin will shine.

Waxing beats shaving any day! Razor rash is just vile. Not to mention itchy as hell.

Why shouldn't us guys be smooth & gorgeous too. I mean who wants to look like an ape?

i don't understand why people think that hair is a hygiene issue, has anyone ever found scientific proof that having less hair is cleaner, i think i heard that it helps to trap sweat and keep it away from the skin and keeping it drier, if anyone can find scientific proof that it's dirty i'd like to see it ps hairy or smooth its your choice - i like both!! lol

Uk: I wish more men did you what you do! not only is it more hygenic, but it is also a turn on 4 me 2 see a man who waxes. It shows he takes pride in himself.

I prefer manly looking men, and if it includes hair, then so it is. Of course I am no fan of back hair nor a full chest mat, but i sure don't mind a little difference between him and me.

i think it's cool ain't nothing wrong with a man have a little hygiene. i encourage all me to have a pedicure and manicure on a regular basis-- being clean doesn't make you gay....

and being all hairy and dirty doesn't make a man either. so i say good for you and as long as you're happy and your mate don't matter what anybody thinks.
