There is no way to make quick money. As it is only $600 so there is a way.You can try google adsense. it is a genuine program and you really get paid and i think you can do it.

You could see if there is any medical testing facility around where you live. I hear you can get 1000$ just to let them test medication on you. It's usually safe and it only takes about one week-end.

only gambling and it is too big of a chance if you need money! don't listen to the scammers that will come to you. ask a friend or family member if you can have a loan.

well, there's not to many ways i can think of, but you could donate blood, or something like that. could your husband/ bf donate sperm? i don't know if women can donate eggs?? you could pawn stuff. have a yard sale.... recycle cans... hey every little bit helps. i cant think of anything else at the moment.
