You should note a few things about this camera...
1. it is a windows only camera... no MAC.
2. They say it can reach 8 megapixel but only with interpolation.
3. it has a 7 second recycle time... relatively long.

To answer your question... the recording time is largly dependant on the size of your memory. It will record until out of memory. The file format for recording is AVI which makes it relatively easy to download to a computer software program to make adjustments to the file.

Thom

If you want a still camera with excellent video clip capability, I would recommend taking a look at the Canon Powershot S3 IS.

Besides being a very good still (digital) camera, it has a dedicated video button ... which means you can instantly start taking video in whatever mode you happen to be in, you don't have to first switch to video mode. It also records sound in stereo. Another feature, beacuase of the dedicated video button, is that you can take high resolution still photo's while taking the video ... there will be a brief blank screen on the video which can be edited out later.

The S3 recorders video for about 8 minutes at one shot, but you can immediately start recording another clip ... limited only by size of memory cards (8 minutes of 30 fps at 640x480 = 1 gb on a high speed memory card).
