This recipe is really tasty!:
Put pork chops (say 4) in an ovenproof dish. In a bowl, mix 1 cup orange juice with a half cup of tomato ketchup and 2 tablespoons of honey. Add a good dash of tabasco sauce, a dash of Lea & Perrins and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over the chops. (if you haven't got Lea & Perrins or tabasco then substitute or leave out). Cover the dish and bake chops in the oven at 180C for about 30 minutes or until they're cooked. Serve with vegetables (sweetcorn is good with this dish) and rice or mashed potatoes (mashed potatoes soak up the sauce really well!). Enjoy!

Scalloped Potatoes with Pork Chops
Tender and moist potatoes arranged in layers make this dish easy to serve and enjoyable to eat, especially if cheese is added.
Container: 2-3 quart baking dish, greased
Servings: 8
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour
Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- 8 large baking potatoes
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 cups milk, heated
- 1/4 cup onion, diced fine
- 1 cup optional: sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Coat baking dish with vegetable spray.
Peel potatoes and slice very thin. Place approximately 1/3 of potatoes in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with half the flour and half the salt and pepper. Repeat layers. (add chops now)
Heat milk in small pan until hot; do not boil. Pour over potatoes and dot with butter. Cover dish and bake 45-50 minutes. Remove cover and continue baking uncovered for 15-20 minutes more or until potatoes are tender and chops are done.
Optional: If cheese is to be added, spread shredded cheese over top of potatoes during last 15 to 20 minutes of baking while cover is removed.
Barry the pork chops into the scalloped potates before baking. If chops are not thick they will cook along with the potatoes.

PORTUGUESE PORK CHOPS
Porco de Vinha de Alhos - Portuguese Pork Chops
Rub pork chops well with ground cumin (crush seeds in a mortar and pestle for best flavor).
Place pork chops into a glass, ceramic or stainless steel ovenproof container. Combine 1/4 cup white sugar, 1 pint cider vinegar and two tablespoons salt.
To this mixture, add 1/2 cup (4 ounces) whole mixed pickling spices and one quart wine vinegar. Peel, smash and mince 4 cloves garlic; add to marinade. Cover tightly and place in refrigerator to marinate for 2 days. Turn pork chops to coat evenly each day.
Bake in a preheated 350'f oven for 40-45 minutes or until done.
Note: If you won't be cooking these in the oven (for example, you might want to grill them outside instead) save the dish and use a Ziploc bag to marinate the chops.

My mom used to make "Glunk." You fry up some pork chops, chopped up into bite size pieces, and add tomato soup and some veggies if you wish (celery and green peppers are usually common, but personally I'd skip the veggies and haved something on the side.) Then when it's all heated up you serve it over or with cooked white rice.

Cook your pork chops either on the broiler pan, or by frying them in a skillet with a bit of oil (No need to bread them for this recipe), Once they are done, put them in spaghetti sauce, no need for any special brand..get the cheap stuff add a bit of garlic and a small bit of sugar and it's good to go. Simmer them in the spaghetti for about 20-30 minutes and serve over cooked rice. It is extremely Yummy, my daughter loves this, so it even pleases picky kid eaters!

I love putting them in an Asian marinade. Olive oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, and soy sauce. (I just guess on the amounts, but lots of garlic!) Marinate in the fridge for a few hours and toss them on a grill or Foreman or even in a pan. They're so good. And the leftovers (if there are any!) are great to cut up and put in stir-fry.
