Suicide. There is not quick fix. Make a choice, get off it, stay on it, or commit suicide.

Depends on what you are withdrawing from?
Opiates, the best thing to do is have a medical detox. They can give you medications to make it less painful. Medication for your stomach cramps, runny nose, and Clonodine for the jumpy-twitchy arms/legs and anxiety. It's a blood pressure medication. But it has to be medically supervised. Talk to your doctor.

well, it depends on what you are withdrawing from...but the easiest way to do it is sleep for 3 days with some xanax...eat when you wake up between slumber...and drink a lot of water and cranberry juice...

That depends on what you are withdrawing from??? Cigs aren't not that bad to deal with compared to heroin which I understand is to be literally hell to go thru. Talk to your doctor and let him know just what it is you are trying to withdraw from, and he may have medication to help you along. Good luck!

You can ween yourself off over time (take less every day) which may be less painful but takes longer. Or go cold turkey (stop altogether) which is tougher but may be quicker.
