I just brown the ground meat, add canned mushrooms and onions and then add it to a deluxe mac and cheese box dinner. It's awesome.

Alternatively you can check out this great recipe site for more ideas: http://allrecipes.com/Search/Recipes.aspx?WithTerm=meat+macaroni

Peace!

How about both?

This is a good recipe. Have made it many times.

Chuck Wagon Mac
SERVINGS 6-8

1 package (7-1/4 ounces) macaroni and cheese dinner mix
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (15- to 16-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Chopped fresh parsley

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions; set aside. In a skillet, brown ground beef with celery, green pepper and onion until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in corn, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in macaroni and cheese. Pour into a greased 12-in. x 8-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake at 350° degrees for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with parsley.
Yield: 6-8 servings.

Dice the green vegetables fine! :-) and you do not necessarily have to bake it. If you have a large enough skillet, you can just heat it in there.

This is a good standby for us. Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic. Then add a little can of diced green chiles and taco powder, just like you're making tacos. Make the mac & cheese, then combine the two. Voila! Your own homemade Hamburger Helper!

I have a tastey one for both.

Prepare a meat sauce using your ground beef and two 8oz cans of tomato sauce. Let it simmer until your macaroni is cooked.

Prepare your macaroni and cheese dinner the same way you would normally.

Grease an 8 in square baking dish.

Put half of the meat mixture or at least part of it on the bottom of the pan.

Put half of the macaroni on top of the meat mixture.

Put rest of meat mixture on mac and cheese.

Top with rest of mac and cheese.

Top with shredded cheddar and mozzeralla cheese.

*Hint* sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese in between the layers for extra tasty and cheesey taste.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.

This is really good.

This is my fiancee's favorite meal...

Ingredients:

1lb ground beef
1 box small pasta shells
1 onion
Garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook ground beef and onions in a skillet. Add the seasonings to the meat mixture. Boil the pasta according to package directions. Drain the pasta, and put in a large bowl. Add the meat mixture to the pasta. Stir together, and serve.

It's so simple, but it's very good! You could add whatever spices you like. My fiancee eats his with ketchup on it. I usually cook some sort of vegetables to go with it, and it makes a quick easy meal!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNEID

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
