Serial Killers should follow a one strike rule: what that means is when they are caught and found guilty, they do not earn a trip to death row with possibility of parole down the road.
Serial Killers should take the fast track straight to execution, and be denighed the calm execution of endless sleep by injection, and should deserve either electric chair, or a slow and painful torture.
Because they deserve what they get for the crime they commit!!!!!

Too Hard? As far as I know the man walks around free, gets paid a nice salary, and continues to go on with his evil plans. It's interesting that people that back him don't see how he can be compared to other murderers. Will these same people vote in another President that will continue with G.B.'s plans. That is such a scary thought.
