Amnesty on Student Loans?

Who thinks that students should get amnesty on their stdent loans. Alot of countries have college paid for. What are the pros and cons?

However, in the other countries, they pay a larger amount of taxes on things than Americans (for example, Ontario, Canada has a 17% sales tax). On the other hand, there are a lot of programs out there that can either reduce or eliminate student loans. However, you have to be willing to give up time in exchange for it such as 1-5 years depending on the program. The Peace Corps will eliminate 15% a year up to a maximum of 70%. I have included several programs listed below if you are interested.
