If you met a guy, and have been dating for a year, do you think it's ok for him to be on the dating site you met on? He doesn't know that I know he's still on there. I don't think he has gone out with anyone else...but should I tell him that I know and ask him why he is still on there?

No, I wouldn't tell him just yet. I'd create another profile and email him and see what he says. If he acts like he's interested, dump the bastard!

I think that you should ask him why he is still on the site. It could be harmless but then again in today's world you never know. If you have been dating for one year i dont see any valid reason to be on a dating site. Hope this helps*!

I had this happen too and as soon as me and him were in a relationship (boyfriend/girlfriend) I got off the site and reminded him to tdo the same. Which he did. I think its only fair out of respect for each other and the relationship. Even if hes not doing anything on the site, to me its just principle of it. Why would I want my BF to be on a dating site! thats just tacky! but thats just my 2 cents.

Dating sites are for meeting people to date. If you are exclusive, he needs to take himself off the market and cancel his online dating membership.

When you have a commitment, you quit dating other people.
When you and him sit down and promise to only be with each other and no one else, then you quit dating other people.

I think you should bring it to his attention and ask him as nice as possible why he is still on the website. It may have been he never shut his account down and that's why he is still on there.

i say confront him on what the hell u know and don't want him to do it anymore. tell him it is making u uncomfortable for u to see him on the site u 2 met on.
