My best answer to you is to call your vet.. Not that people here cannot help, but only a true vet would know the answers...
Do you love your dog? Then why take the chance?

Depends on what kind of wormer it is. Check the label, what does the warning say?
Some of them you have to be very careful and make sure you give the correct dosage, some are far safer and it's not going to be a problem.
When medicating your pet yourself you should always reread the label and make sure you are giving the correct dosage.

Heartworm preventatives are dosed according to your dog's weight. As the weight increases, the dosage should also increase. Please note the dosing instructions on the package. These products are very safe. You could overdose your dog by two or three times the recommended dose without causing harm. Therefore, it is always better to overdose rather than underdose.

this depends on the anthelmintic (wormer) used? an overdose of wormer may cause diarrhoea and lethargy but does depend on the type of wormer and active ingredients. i would ring your vet to find out.
you only overdosed by one ml so shouldnt be any lasting harm.
be sure to measure dosages properly in the future.

Why wouldn't you think to call your vet first, instead of writing on the internet to Yahoo Answers? <>

The vet is the one to consult. Any overdosing is potentially dangerous.

call your vet immediately. worming medicine is nothing but poison to kill the worms. there mite be something you can give your dog to regurgitate the medicine.
