Don't stress about it. Personally I actually have a lot of respect for people who are still virgins (male or female) it is difficult in the modern world not to fall into the sex trap. Here is a step-by-step long-term plan to find a sex partner:
1. Determine exactly what you want in a woman - not for a once off fling, but for a life-time commitment.
2. Find ways of meeting women and make as many female friends as possible, when you meet one that fills your wants in a women (at least 80%). Ask her on a date.
3. If things go well, continue to see her. Make it apparent that you are not interested in sex, but in her.
4. Watch out for signs that she is really interested in you.
5. One night, have a heart to heart conversation with her. At the right moment bring up that you are a virgin - say it is because you are waiting for the right women (don't tell her it is because you couldn't get laid). (If you want) Also tell her you would like to be married before you sleep with a woman. Things may become steamy because any normal woman will try to seduce you. If you fall for it, you stand a chance of loosing her because she will think that you have no self-control.
6. Date for at least 2 years then propose.
7. Most of the time things get really steamy when you are engaged, but if you can it is best to hold out until after the wedding night (because then she will have total respect for your self-control).
8. On the wedding night, everybody knows what happens :)
Result: Sex before you turn 30 :)

Wait until you meet that special person that you want to spend the rest of your life with. You have come this far so try to hold onto that until your wedding night. It will be more memorable and special when the time is right. God bless and good luck

Meet a nice looking girl, tell her you're a virgin chances are she's gunna want to take your virginity. Women enjoy notches on the bedpost too.

get in a relationship and do what u think is right u should want ur first time to be special so make sure ur ready or u just coule find some random grl and just be like hey u wanna go to my house and have some fun

Get a hooker. paying for sex is far less embarrassing than picking up a woman and having no idea what to do.
Not that I've ever paid for sex....

Try dating someone or just hooking up for sex w/ no strings attached. Find a girl who knows what she wants and wants to be on top... that way you have less to do and don't have to worry that she will know u are a virgin (if you don't want to tell her)
