Hmmm,

I am not sure, but you do have to be careful when taking one verse out of the Bible. I suggest you read the whole chapter.

It simply means that not matter what a child of God is going through or any obstacles they come up against them, God is there working in their lives and it is for their good

What is clear from life and from Scriptures is that God walks with us in the very midst of human suffering. He walks on the troubled waters of our storms. He meets us in the empty gardens of our despair. He has become like us in Christ so that we might be like Him. He has called us into the ministry of the Kingdom through baptism so that we become partners in his redemptive work.
