One thing I have done to show my man how much I love him was with body pens. At most adult stores you can purchase body pens that are flavored. With these you can write on each others skin simple things like "I Love you" or anything else you want. Then since they're edible, you can SHOW him how much you mean it. You can use them anywhere on the body and it's a simple way to heat things up. There are also flavored lubricants and body butters that are fun!

I'm with janicajayne on this. Why do you need to prove through sex that you love him? Now speaking as a man who adores sex, I see it as a very fun past-time to enjoy with someone special, I fail to see how "doing it doggy" will prove anything to him, unless one or both of you are as shallow as they come.
I can see it being a hard time for a woman, knowing that everything is changing, and you can be scared that will effect your relationship, but if you are both ready for this, then you have nothing to prove, he's going to love how your body will change (especially when the titty fairy shows up one night) and he will respect the other less impressive changes like stretch marks, as a token of how you are carrying HIS offspring.
This is all we are here to do, have babies, we are not here to get good jobs/houses/cars, we are here to pass on our genes, this is the greatest moment in both your lives, if you are both ready. And if you are not ready, no amount of slutty kinky sex is going to change his mind.
