Yes she is part of you and would not exist if it not for your part in the genetic shake. If there is legal issues do it the right way, do not go messing with her head. Remember she is what matters here not you. I do not know the whole story so I cannot make a decision based on what you wrote but daddy's little girl need her daddy, you have rights use them don't abuse them.

Yes you do have the right to see your daughter. It doesn't matter that you were not married to her mother. The fact that you are on the birth certificate doesn't matter either. The mother should thank her lucky stars that you even want anything to do with the child. I had my oldest son when his father and I both were 16 the child is 12 now and he might see his kid maybe2 times a year. I have begged so much for him to get to know his son. But we get nothing now he don't even want to see his dad. The mother needs to think about things i was always afraid that my son would hate if he thought i was keeping him away from his father. He can see the truth. She needs to think about that because it can happen.

If you are the biological parent then yes, but you have to establish your rights. File a custody case at the court house, if the mom says you aren't the dad have a DNA done. Then go from there. They will most definitely order child support though. All the best!!

If your not proven to be abusive than you have the right to see your child. If you slapped around the mother or abuse alcohol and/or drugs your allowed supervised visitation if and when a judge rules it.

If the Mother is saying no for no other reason than she doesn't want you in her life get a lawyer and go to court.

Yes. Get a lawyer and file for visitation rights and child support. Then you can send her a monthly check and see your child.
