You may be eating or drinking something on that day that makes you urinate more. Keep a food log (including glasses of water) and journal about how you are feeling and what is happening to find a pattern. It may be very simple. If you keep the records I suggest and are still concerned, you have something to show your doctor so she can figure out what is happening and to help you.

I made a chart from excel to keep track of a lot of things (exercise, medications) including glasses of water a day-on a weekly basis. I use fitday.com to keep my food log and word to keep my journal.

And don't cut out your drinking water! You need at least 8 8oz glasses a day to keep your body hydrated properly.

It could also indicate that you are not drinking enough water and your bladder is trying too hard. Everyone should be drinking plenty of water. Typically, you should be dividing your body weight in half, and that is how many ounces of water each day you should be drinking. Water is essential for your body to digest food and dispose of wastes. Hope this helps!
