No, but do you know what salam means? And do you know what jihad means? If you did you wouldn't ask such a silly question.
Jihad means to struggle - why would we struggle with the Italians when there are Muslim Italians and Islam does not advocate violence.
Salam means peace. So you are saying for "peace" i.e. salam we should fight for "salami".
I hope this shows the foolishness of the question.

Salam is just an arabic word (for peace), it has nothing to do with religion no more so than hello has anything to do with religion. Maybe you should crack open a book every once in a while. It can't do you any harm.
