So after they stop working i'm to take care of everything but how in the world can i do it alone.. with a simple 12 an hour job? Have houses that we have still not fininished paying... trucks that my father bought that still not payed. . a bunch of stuff. He built a house in mexico( well he didn't but he paid^__^ ), and a bunch of other things.

And then he has apartments he bought, in a city near by here in CA. And there's a bunch of payments to do for that.

Can you have a discussion with your parents about their expectations. Tell them you are concerned about what needs to be done . Ask them who will be executor of their estate? Do they have a trust and/or will? You already have your job and that is where your focus should be until they are unable to carry on then you could get power of attorney to take care of finances. So unless they have told you to take care of this, dont worry yet. ( not sure since you didnt mention if you are the executor)

Just because they retire doesn't mean they are dead. They will continue taking care of their own affairs, with their own money from their retirement checks.

Move out and support yourself. If your parents haven't figured out a way by now to support themselves, that's their problem not yours.
