Just cause is anything those towel headed imams say. Any sociopathic rant is good enough for most it would seem.

Contrary to popular belief - being non-muslim is NOT just cause for killing living creatures. Only blood-lusting ignorant people believe such things.
Islamic teaching enforces not just religious tolerance but also respect for people's beliefs and opinions, even those that different to Islam.

Just cause is - self defence (individually or as a nation), carrying out death penalty under judicial systems for murder.

Yes, humans count as living creatures. And, a just cause would be self-defense.
This protects all living creatures from senseless killing.

Unfortunately, people of all cultures and religions are mis-informed or misguided.
And, often people mistake culture for religion.

Well, yes Humans count as living creatures. The only just cause given in the Qur'an is self-defense.
And fight in the way of Allah with those who fight with you, and do not exceed the limits, surely Allah does not love those who exceed the limit

If you are attacked then you have the right to defend yourself.

Even in America you have the right to defend yourself.

Also, what you reffering to is a media propaganda and poison fed to the rest of the non-Muslim world by Al-Qaeda. Just because they call themselves Muslim doesn’t really make them the spokesmen of Islam.

I wish people would study Islam instead of taking CNN's and Fox News' word for it.

Murder, rape, treason, etc are regarded as just causes in Islam.

Killing an innocent human beings is prohibited in Islam. Those who kill innocent people in the name of Islam or take the law into their own hands and kill people they believe to be guilty are criminals in Islam.

That is left up to each Muslim, or religious leader, to interpret. That is the danger of Islam. For some, having Christian soldiers on Muslim soil constitutes a threat to Islam.
